HTC Superfloor™ contributes to the working environment in many ways. Concrete has a very good sound-absorbing ability, especially when it comes to low frequencies. The flat surface greatly decreases the vibrations that otherwise appears in forklifts. This reduces the need for wearing parts, such as tires and transmissions, to be served. The absence of an electrical isolating cover reduces the stress on electronic components caused by ESD-disturbances.
With HTC Superfloor™ damp will no longer be a problem, since it allows vapor to pass through the floor. The fact that concrete neither burns nor get moldy is another benefit to the inner environment. A HTC Superfloor™ emits a minimal amount of particles and with that contributes to cleaner air. Concrete is an inert material and doesn’t cause emission or allergies.
