Dust Extractors & Pre-Separators
After more than 10 years of experience of dry grinding we recommend our ALL NEW iAD dust extractors for use with our grinders. Our machines produce large amounts of dust. When grinding concrete our machines can produce as much as 1 ton / hour of concrete dust or other residue. We have a broad range of dust extractors and accessories to make work easier and more ergonomic and most important of all, non hazardous. The dust extractor use a class H13 HEPA filter in each machine. This means that they meet the requirements for asbestos handling.
When dry grinding is not an option you can use HTC machines with water. When mixing dust with water, large amount of slurry is produced. This needs to be removed from the working area.
