Enhances naturally occuring micro-organisms that eat grease, fats and other hydrocarbon compounds. When these microbes make contact with KT F.O.G., they are stimulated to convert fats, oils, greases, protein, cellulose, starch, detergents and other food waste products into harmless, naturally occuring compounds.
