HTC 650 HDX is a powerful machine with a 15HP motor. HD = Heavy Duty. The X-system is our patented four grinding disc system. This means perfect balance, smoothness, and more efficient grinding. With its integrated weight system, the operator is able to adjust the grinding pressure with ease. The HTC 650 HDX also offers the new grinding head with HUB technology reducing maintenance and service costs. With a high production path of 26", the HTC 650 HDX can be used wet or dry.
Standard equipment
The following equipment is standard on the HTC 650 HDX: Safety bar of galvanized steel tube, puncture-resistant polyurethane-filled rubber wheels, quick-release connector between electronics and motor, splash guards, extra upper belt, water tank, key to lock the electrical cabinet, integrated weight system, C-spanner for grinding discs, and hours counter.
Mist Cooler System
The patent pending Mist Cooler System increases the grinding efficiency and the cutting rate increases up to 100%. The unique system consists among other details of a pump and a nozzle. The nozzle sprays a superfine mist of water at the concrete surface. This chills the diamond tools and it’s easier to grind hard concrete and avoiding “glazing”.

HTC 650 HDX and HTC 800 HDX models can be upgraded to the system but it has to be installed by us at HTC. The HTC 950 RX™ can be equipped with Mist Cooler System when ordered.
