As you understand the high working intensity puts high demands in the floor maintenance and that the cleaning can be performed in an easy and effective way. Problems arose with the existing epoxy floors with burn marks from fork lifts that could not be removed and the epoxy cracked and flaked off. What could be done? Thomas Mattsson, manager at DynaMate in Luleå, that were informed about the possibilities with HTC Superfloor® contacted in corporation with HTC a local contractor, Lundquists Måleri AB and they decided to grind a test surface. The test was successful and during planned stops in the production, more surfaces were grinded and polished to HTC Superfloor™ quality.
